pewter, engraved; on the hinged lid a sign of the blacksmiths and monogram "J. S."; on the front the engraved guild sign of the blacksmiths with date, to the left and right of it the inscriptions: "JOSEPH/INMARCKHT/JOHANNES" and "STRASSER/THEVA/POLDTZVGERHARTS"; marked: mark for Gottfried Jenisch (active c. 1700 to 1731)
