When you participate in our online auctions and bid in real time, your data (bids and their link to your data) will be stored after the conclusion of the online auction by our external partner Motrada, which supplies the auction house with the online-bidding platform.
If you, as an online bidder, wish to exercise your right to have your data deleted, we will immediately pass on your request to Motrada. This firm will undertake the deletion, providing the storage of the data is not required for the fulfilment of legal or contractual obligations or there are other good causes for its retention.
In the case of a contract, all data from the contractual relationship are stored until the expiry of the retention period stipulated by law or necessitated by comprehensive legal defence/legal prosecution.
